Moving beyond simple file sharing, we invite partners to create workflows together. Features that enhance security, structure communication channels, and centralize work records have been added all at once.
What's New
Partner onboarding via email invitations
- Invite partners with a single email, and the appropriate screen opens immediately upon authentication.
- Integration Dashboard and Admin Sidebar enable collaboration on the same foundation with both partners and internal teams.
Role-based comments and file approval requests
- Comment styles are automatically distinguished by roles such as team leader, team member, and partner, allowing you to see at a glance who made which comments.
- You can add approval requests to files to document the review process.
- Check team members' progress in real-time and manage notifications independently by role.
Security Encryption
Personally identifiable information (PII) is encrypted at rest, raising the level of data security.
Passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed, and no decryption occurs in the browser.
- Supports token-based password resets (valid for 24 hours).
