Integrations, invoices, usage, and automatic backups
The work between the big features

These are the changes from this month that touch the screens and the day-to-day running.
What is new
Integrations as a card gallery
With thirteen integrations, a single row of tabs overflowed and the ones at the end were cut off. They are now cards in five groups by purpose (access and identity, revenue and ledger, tickets and alerts, collaboration and calendars, marketing and leads), each card carrying a connected or not-connected badge. Existing links still open.
Settings search finds the new screens
Search finds every new tab and screen. Clicking a result opens that tab directly, not the default one.
The maintenance invoice, redrawn
This month's amount is stated once, large, at the top. "Basis of calculation" became "this month's work", and "people assigned" became "breakdown by person". Below that, two panels: usage and carry-over, then the billing calculation.
A one-line reason for an adjustment appears on the customer document only where the difference is not explained by a rule. Invoices already issued and sent keep the old layout.
Usage, in your own account
Usage, subscribed products, and members, grouped into three panels. You can see how much of what you prepaid is left, how long you can use it, and what it was spent on.
AI meeting notes deliberately shows two separate figures: the level at which recording is blocked and the level that appears on the invoice. Deleting a recording reduces the first but not the second.
In front of something you have not bought
A Korean explanation appears instead of an English error, and administrators see a request button. The meeting notes microphone explains before the recording starts, rather than after it finishes.
Partner Portal work screens
PM tasks link to timeline milestones, and progress is gathered per milestone. Edit a field in the list and the detail screen matches immediately. Invoices gained per-item rounding and thousand-won units.
A dashboard that says what it knows
There is now an as-of date and a freshness badge. If the aggregation has stopped, it says so. If there is no data, it says "cannot be calculated". Names for things the server does not actually calculate, such as "team utilisation", were changed to names for what it does.
The process board
Instead of drawing every stage, the board now shows where things are stuck. The first gate is the link to a company. Stages with no data are not drawn, and there is a stalled marker and a stalled-only filter.
Automatic backups and a restore pre-check
Tenant backups are made on a schedule, and you are notified if one falls behind. Before a restore, a table shows what will be affected.
Security
Changing your password genuinely ends the existing sessions, on the web and in the app. Google Sheets integration checks that you can edit the sheet you are connecting.
Deletes follow the permission table
Deletes that were blocked despite being ticked in permission management now follow the table. Members can also delete records that have no owner assigned.
Notable fixes
- The opportunity list showed only a window of the 30 most recent. With 95 open opportunities you saw 25, and clicking a card led to an empty screen. Both are fixed.
- Files recorded in the browser never uploaded.
- Forecasting would not open for companies with ERP mapping.
- The month boundary leaked by one day, mixing last month's revenue into this one.
- The support mailbox received nothing for three weeks. One rejected message was stopping the whole batch.
- Quantities on subscription quote lines were lost on save, so the on-screen total and the PDF total disagreed.
- Remaining campaign emails kept going to people who had unsubscribed.
