Released 2026-09-20 · 앱 v1.3.0 → v1.6.0

These are the improvements that went out between meeting recording and business card scanning, from app 1.3.0 to 1.6.0, in the order you are most likely to notice them.

One Period button covers the last 7 days through to 24 months, this month, this year, last month, and calendar ranges by month, quarter, half year, and year, applied to the pipeline, revenue, and forecast. On the web and in the app. The error that stopped the forecast opening is fixed as part of this.

Screens for partners

The partner dashboard tab

A partner (the client placing the work) signing in on the app gets a partner dashboard tab. Viewing projects, exchanging files, commenting with mentions, approving, and requesting meetings all happen in the app. (App 1.3.0, early September.)

A tidier notification centre

Mark all as read, and support notifications, in the notification screen
Mark all as read, and support notifications, in the notification screen

All three products (CRM, Partner Portal, Support Center) gained mark all as read. The app icon badge is the total across the three; a tab badge is that product's own.

Support notifications grew. These four now arrive as in-app notifications and push.

WhatWho gets it
Being assigned when a ticket is createdThe assignee. Nothing arrives if you assigned yourself
A customer replying by emailThe assignee. If there is none, an administrator, and failing that the team lead
A status change, including closing as completeThe assignee. Nothing arrives for a change you made yourself
A colleague's comment without a mentionThe assignee, but not the person who wrote it

Email replies arrive by three routes: a reply to an existing ticket in the enquiry mailbox, mail a person linked to a ticket, and mail that came in through Gmail. Replies to the enquiry mailbox were a path where nobody was notified at all. The same was true of tickets with nobody assigned.

Comments with a mention still arrive as mention notifications, as before. Customer replies in a Slack thread do not raise a notification yet.

Staying signed in, and biometrics

Leave the app unopened and you will not be asked to sign in again within 60 days. The bug that dropped fingerprint and face sign-in is fixed. (Early September.)

Closing an opportunity as won or lost

From the opportunity detail in the app, write the reason and close it as won or lost. Same rules as the web.

App info and update notices

The profile menu shows the version and the update status. When there is a new version it points you to the store, and once an update is downloaded an Apply now banner appears.

Which version

Partner screens and the longer session start at app 1.3.0. The rest arrives automatically on the next launch for apps at 1.4.0 or later. The current version is 1.6.0, on both the App Store and Google Play.
