Org structure and team permissions you manage yourself
Organisation management and stronger permissions
Two things changed: who can shape the organisation, and how far a delete reaches.
Tenant administrators own the org tree
Company settings has an Organisation tab where a tenant administrator builds and edits the org and team tree. This used to be reserved for the super administrator, so every change went through a request. Now each company runs its own structure.
Team leads manage their own members

A user with the team lead role gets a drawer for adding and removing the people on their team. No administrator request in between.
Three levels of delete rights on leads and opportunities
Deleting a lead or an opportunity is now scoped by role.
- The owner can delete the leads and opportunities they are responsible for.
- A team lead can delete anything inside their team.
- An administrator can delete across the whole tenant.
Interface changes
- Organisation management moved inside the company settings tabs, so it sits with everything else you configure.
- Lead responses now carry
ownerId, which makes owner-based permission checks exact.
