Guardrails for deletes, and more than one business unit
Fewer ways to lose something by accident
Where a delete used to be final, there is now a confirmation and a way back. Companies with more than one business unit can switch between them without rearranging their screens.
What is new
Delete guards and undo
- Deleting a member, a project, or a ticket follows the same procedure on all three screens. You type the name before the delete goes through.
- For five seconds after it runs, you can undo it.
Restoring a member account
- A deleted member does not disappear straight away. The account moves to an archive, and you can restore it if the delete was a mistake.
Administrators reset passwords
- A company administrator resets a member's password from the user management screen, without contacting the operations team.
- Companies that do not use the Partner Portal get the same thing.
Running several business units
- For companies selling both agency work and software, you can define more than one business unit and switch between them from the top bar.
- Leads, opportunities, and the dashboard all follow the unit you select.
