Past purchases without opening the ERP
Purchase history without opening the ERP
To see how much a customer had bought before, a salesperson had to open the ERP separately. Sales records now sit on the company record in the CRM.
What is new
Loading sales records
- An integration pulls ERP sales records into the CRM. Re-uploading the same month replaces it wholesale, so duplicates do not accumulate.
- Accounts that changed name are grouped under a normalised name. Previously the old and new names were counted separately, which blurred any judgement about repeat purchases.
Account mapping and the unmapped queue
- A mapping links an ERP account name to a CRM company name. Link it once and later loads follow it on their own.
- Accounts that are not linked yet collect in an unmapped queue. You work through them one at a time, so you can see exactly which figures are missing rather than guessing.
Aliases in Support Center
- Support Center links companies and projects by alias too.
- The project status badge is shown alongside, so you can see which stage of a project an enquiry came from.
A pre-flight check
- Before switching the integration on, you can check only whether the ERP responds. Nothing is written, and no data changes.
