From enquiry to invoice in one cycle
An enquiry becomes a ticket. If the work grows, it becomes a project. People are assigned, hours accumulate, and at the end an invoice goes out. Every stage existed, but nothing connected them, so somebody retyped the same facts at each handover. Those stages now run as one cycle.
What is new
The cycle is joined up
- What starts as a ticket carries through to the project, the work items, and the logged hours, then through credit settlement, project closure, and the ledger entry, to the invoice.
A process board
- A new board shows what is sitting at which stage right now.
- From a ticket detail you jump straight to the stage it is connected to.
Hours attached to a bill
- A screen for saying which invoice a block of logged time belongs to.
- You can generate an invoice from the hours themselves.
Quick invoices in the Partner Portal
- Write, issue, send, and save a PDF without leaving the project screen.
Credit usage statements
- Issue a statement showing where credits went and how many. This replaces screenshotting a page to explain the balance to a customer.
