Stock, on the screen where you need it
Stock lived on a different screen from the one where you typed the line items. Skip the check and an out-of-stock item goes out on the quote. Stock is now shown while you write.
What is new
Stock badges on quote lines
- Quote line autocomplete shows a stock badge.
- The product catalogue gained a stock column totalled across warehouses.
- Stock is read-only here. The CRM does not change stock in the ERP.
Scheduled sync
- Matching stock by hand drifts out of date quickly, so sync runs on a schedule.
- Running it from the screen and running it on a schedule take the same path, so the two cannot disagree.
- Automatic sync is a toggle. Turning it on against live operational data shows a warning first.
The stage moves when the quote is sent
- Sending a quote moves the opportunity to the proposal stage automatically. Fewer pipelines now disagree with what is actually happening.
Campaigns sent at local time
- Choose between sending to everyone at one fixed time, or sending in sequence at each recipient's local time.
- The per-country send times were verified as part of this.
