Files and the quote in a single send
Files exchanged with a customer were scattered across mailboxes, and drawings usually followed the quote in a second email. Storing documents and enclosing them now happen on one screen.
What is new
A document store on the company
- Upload documents directly on the company screen.
- The store is organised by type, so drawings, quotes, and proposals are found separately.
Drawings enclosed with the quote
- Put the drawing in with the quote and send them together.
- Quick quotes are linked to the company too, so the record shows what was issued to whom.
Comparing unit prices across three sources
- Check a unit price against three sources at once: quotes, actual sales, and the catalogue.
- The quote line shows what this customer was charged before.
Item search and paging
- The item catalogue and the quote picker gained search and paging. The simple wizard and the per-currency price screen search the full list as well.
- Items that came from the ERP show their origin, and items you do not use can be hidden by disconnecting them.
Related improvements
- Clicking a figure on a summary card opens the list behind it. The backlog card links to its own list too.
- Support intake and the ticket list gained a bottom search bar and paging in fifties.
- Quotes can be exported to a spreadsheet.
- Email intake can be re-pulled manually for the past 30 days.
