Turn meeting recordings into notes and tasks
What changed
Every meeting leaves a recording, and almost nobody plays it back. Upload it to sufly CRM and you get this.
- Transcription — up to 90 minutes in one file. m4a, mp3, wav and webm are accepted.
- Speaker separation — each participant's turns are split out. You can rename them afterwards.
- Term correction — company and product names that come out wrong are fixed from surrounding context. The raw transcript is kept.
- Glossary — a spelling you correct once is saved and applied automatically to later meetings.
- Summary — seven sections: overview, discussion, decisions, open questions, action items, dates and deadlines, follow-ups.
- Task registration — send only the action items you pick to your project board, with an owner attached.
Each summary line carries a timestamp such as [12:34], so you can check any claim by replaying that moment.
It works in the app
The iOS and Android apps have a record button in the bottom-right corner. Press it when the meeting starts.
You do not have to choose the meeting first. Stop the recording, pick a project and a meeting, and it becomes that meeting's notes — you can attach it while transcription is still running. Leave it unattached and it stays private to you and your team lead.
You get a push notification when transcription and summarisation finish, and also when they fail, with the reason.
How long it takes
Measured, not estimated.
| Meeting length | Processing time |
|---|---|
| 18 min 50 s | 5 min 37 s |
| 56 min 30 s | 19 min 13 s |
A one-hour meeting takes about 20 minutes. You can close the window; it keeps running, and the progress is still there when you come back.
Worth knowing
- The raw transcript is never overwritten by the AI. You can see exactly which lines changed.
- Audio files are deleted after 90 days. The notes and summaries stay.
- Partners cannot see recordings. They only see what your team reviews and adds to the meeting notes.
